Textbook Return Policy

Students have up to the add/drop date for each semester to do returns on textbooks. No returns on Spring textbooks. The books must be:

• Accompanied by the original receipt.
• Refunded on the same card as the original purchase.
• In mint condition and still in their original, unopened shrink-wrap, if applicable (i.e. Course reading packages, manuals).

Orders placed online and not picked up within 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The remainder will be refunded. 

Returns for digital items - All eBooks are non-returnable.

We cannot accept textbook returns for one-week courses.

Clothing Return Policy

We accept returns for a full refund within 10 days of customer purchase with the original receipt. Returns must be in new,  unused condition with tags attached.

If you are giving a clothing item as a Christmas gift, we can provide you with a gift receipt so the item can be returned or exchanged by January 15. 

The following items cannot be returned:

    • Personal Hygiene products
    • Calculators
    • Shrink-wrapped packages where the shrink wrap has been broken
    • Lab coats
    • Safety glasses
    • Molecular model set - once plastic wrap has been broken
